Women Who Drink Wine: Manchester 11th Apr 6pm
Welcome to the second WWDW hosted at the delicious Artisan in Spinningfields.
This month we are mainly drinking: Chenin Blanc
Famously grown in France and now very popular in South Africa. This versatile grape makes wines in a variety of styles – even fizz (hurrah!)
You will get to try and see which you like the best.
The format is fun and informal and includes:
- Tasting of three different wines made from the same grape or blend (but different parts of the world)
- Some fizz to kick-off proceedings
- Coveted no-prize quiz
- Networking with a lovely group of women who work in the city centre and are fond of the odd tipple
All for a modest £10.
Women Who Drink wine is a female only wine club and networking event for those who live or work in the city and like to network with like minded people. We get to know a bit about wine and a lot about each other. We meet once every two months and have special producer/supplier visits from time to time.
